I do when i can't decide what to choose and stare at the screen like an idiot until the time runs out.
That's happened when I was choosing to save jane at the deck, then i changed my mind. Not sure if that's considered cheating.
I try to keep my playthrough as realistic as I can, so I have never rewound anything in either season of TWD.
Edit: Nevermind, I have act… moreually gone back and changed one of my decisions before. At the end of S2 E1 I went with Nick instead of Pete, but at some point before the next episode came out I went back and flipped my decision around. Can't really remember why.
Only a few times, usually just to see what else happens. But no, I don't rewind to switch choices. I feel like it takes away from the experience if you just go back and change your decision. I like to see what consequences my choices have.

Well nick has ammo, and pete could have possible said goodbye to nick, so i also chose pete.
