my guess it will be like a origin dlc
I got an idea called "The Forgotten" 5 Stories of people who are all friends, they get separated before the apocalypse and all make their way to Wellington where they find each other and Clementine.
i think so. Just hope it links to season 3 more then 400days linked to S2.
Now this is a good idea.
How about a DLC centered around an animal? Like a dog that's looking for it's owner? That would be a different take on the apocalypse.
The dialogue options would be rather lacking, as would any form of meaningful character development...

Or a raccoon avoiding Mike in the time frame before he ended up in Carver's camp.
Your idea reminded me of a short cartoon called "Steadfast Stanley". It tells about a corgie named Stanley who tries to find his owners that abandoned him during the zombie apocalypse.

It's been confirmed that it will be about the story of the raccoon: what happen between the flashback bit in Episode 5 trailer and what he became in Episode 4? What was it doing in the Civil War museum in the first place? And is it, as most fans speculated, a reincarnation of Lee's spirit?

I think the community expects it and an easy way for Telltale to make $5 a pop (hell, $5 and under makes my 'compulsive purchase' standard - I figure it's the same price as a lunch).

I'm thinking of doing a fan-fiction dlc called 'the forgotten', I was thinking of ending each thread with a tough decision where the community decides how the story goes.
Why would they make something if they aren't going to do something with it.. same thing with 106..

Well, I'm not going to be following it. I hate that kind of interactive story on the forums.
A DLC of any timeskips occured? Christa and Clem's time after the first time skip in episode one? Might not be relevant enough.
I think it will be a setup for Season 3's protagonist, a brand new person.
I have a feeling he or she is going to be an older Clem's team member [ after 2/3-ish year time skip to allign with comic].
We get to know the character's story leading up to when he/she runs into Clem. The DLC would end with the character meeting a shady figure that helps him/her out of a tough spot, like this.
"Thanks for helping me out. I'm new protagonist. Nice to meet you."
"Hi...I'm Clementine." screen instantly fades to black after that, end of DLC
Older Clem would be dressed in some sort of outfit that conceals her face, like Molly's when we first meet her, so we wouldn't be able to tell it was her 'til she said her name at the end.
I'm not really against the idea of a DLC, but... Why? 400 Days only gave us 20 minutes with each character, apart from Bonnie they haven't been seen more than a second in season 2 and we were told those events would have a huge impact on season 2. So... What would the purpose be? Setting the scene for season 3? Well I had enough of THAT lie-sandwich thankyouverymuch.

That's a really cool cartoon. I pictured more of a German Shepard or Black Mouth Cur as the dog, though. haha
If they make another DLC like 400 days, they should make the choices actually matter. Also, if they made the DLC about how the cabin group was formed that would be nice.
A good one would be one showing what happened to either Christa or Lily after separating from Clem, leading up to that character finding Wellington or wherever Clem ends up and meeting up with her for Season 3.

400 Days characters catch-up time would still be my preference, with the narrative being affected based upon all the choices you make throughout each storyline.
I so want this. They could even actually affect next season, instead of getting five second cameos.

So we would get something in the long waiting-gap between s2 and s3 i think. 400 days was good because it was actually walking dead themed, and after it came season 2.
