Yeah I kind of agree with Leatherwolf89. However, I've been thinking lately about other characters who could appear in a dream sequence too. Imagine if Carley, Doug, Lily (if dead), Omid, Christa (if dead), Ben, Kenny's family, and Lee all appeared in a dream/hallucination scene, where they would encourage Clem to push on, but would also look at Clem's actions and say if they are proud of her or not, or something like that. I think this would be a great way to give a final goodbye to those characters, especially those who died trying to find her after she was abducted, and it would be an emotional rollercoaster.
OR, going off of what #TeamSarah said, imagine if the young Clem from before the apocalypse had a dream conversation with the Clem now, where she would look at what you've done and react accordingly. That would be pretty crazy too
