Option to remove story notifications in S3

Another great feature that was removed in S2 for no reason whatsoever. I don't use minimal because I want to see clickable shit since there's a lot of stuff that you can't interact with BUT I don't want to see "Bob will remember that you chopped off his head" because, well, I don't.

    Agreed. It's at least a good feature for a more challenging playtrough, or if you like to play the game more realistically/immersed
