If you don't remember Aj made trouble the instant he was born as it attracted noise and led the walkers to the deck.
Technically, it… more was Rebecca's screaming rather than AJ himself, but whatever. Plus, there's the whole birth control issue that he has no control over.
I won't contest the risk of having a baby in the apocalypse or whether AJ overshadowed Clementine(which doesn't make much sense to begin with) because I don't have much to say about it.
Although not his fault Kenny would have never gotten killed or picked a fight with Jane if Aj was never there as Jane wouldn't of had an excuse to make him mad.
Well that's kinda victim blaming for Jane's darkness at that point, but I see your point. Actually, Jane's excuse for making Kenny mad was so she can "prove" her point to Clementine that Kenny is gonna snap so Clementine would go with her. And because her previous theory about Sarah turned out so well, she had to for… [view original content]
Honestly, where did that notion even come from? Even Jane, expert survivalist who threw around the phrase "liability" 3 or 4 times, didn't really seem to have a problem with it once the baby was born.
Babies are a problem is the stupidest thing.
What's the point of survival if you are the last generation of humans? You might as well kill everyone and just get the death of humanity over with.
Left with Kenny and AJ. Just like Abraham from the show, Kenny is my boy. My Lee and him were BFFS for the first three episodes of S1, but he turned into a dickhead, but I forgave him. Throughout S2 Kenny has shown to care deeply for Clementine. Yes, he lashed out at Clementine in the middle of the horde outside of howes, but put yourself in his shoes, you literally just lost a loved interest AGAIN, not to mention he apologized later on and I also hate how people criticize Kenny for the way he was treating Arvo. Okay? But Jane seems to get a free pass. Have people forgotten that Jane literally was about blow his brains out in Ep 4 and also wanted to rob him? Back on Kenny, he had every right to be bitter towards Arvo, that little shit could of had the whole group looted or worst case scenario DEAD. The whole argument that Kenny is selfish is also completely flawed. If he was selfish he wouldn't want Clementine to go off to Wellington without him, if he was selfish he wouldn't give a shit about his family back S1. Maybe Kenny is a little unstable I don't think he would hurt Clementine intentionally. In Episode 5 of S2 when we got into that construction house, if you choose the "Stop Kenny" choice while he is beating up Arvo, he would hit Clementine which I assume he thought was someone else, and he would then turn around and look at her with a very sorry look upon his face, that made me feel even more sorry for him , because I know he meant no harm towards Clem. That's all I have to say.
I get where it comes from. They are a liability on a strictly selfish level. Noisy, can't help. but they are the future. What's the point without a future for humanity.
Frankly, anyone in the know can tell you things aren't so good now. And kids cost money and time, and with the shitty shape of our future, on a strictly selfish level make no sense.
But I have a new daughter, cause I won't give up on the human race. She's adorable. And she will be smart and tough. No matter how bad things get(and they may get pretty bad) she'll manage.

I chose the Wellington ending. I was always going to pick Kenny over Jane: he and Clem had a close bond and looked out for each other. They were family. Jane went too far in the last Ep imo and all that just to make a point? I would've left with Kenny, but AJ's safety came first and Wellington was the best option for our survival.

I added more.

Left Wellington with Kenny. I've played Season 2 like 10 times and always have the same ending.

I always thought Kenny just caught Clem on the backswing. But yeah other than that, awesome post, man!
Maybe. I take the game way too serious though and just could never EVER force myself to shoot or leave Kenny. :P
Thank you!
Not entirely. I don't like Jane and what she did, but she never planned for AJ to die.
^^^^^ THIS.
Me neither.

I know, I never said it was Aj's fault, but if Aj was never born all the characters in the game from 3 and up would more than likely still be alive.
