What was with Arvo's english?

Seriously, is it just me or did his english keep changing from good to ok to awful all the time? I dunno what frustrated me more, him shooting Clem or his damn accent and english being not so consistent XD

    Well he was also pretty pissed at the group so that could be a reason why he stayed silent at times, Vitali was also shown to have decent english as he yelled "I'm going to fucking kill you all"
