The Baby's Name?
While it didn't necessarily knock off points for me, I really thought it would've been a nice touch to have a scene (preferably the final scene) where Clementine is asked to name the baby, allowing you to pick from a list of names. While Alvin Jr. is nice, given the choice I would've named it Lee.
