- Hint: Patricia and her family were the first one's Wellington Edith couldn't let in, if you kept Kenny alive.

I think the only possible person we can play as if it's someone we know will be Clem, since everyone except her and AJ are either determinant or unknown.
I doubt we'll see much of Kenny or Jane if at all seeing as how there's a possibility they'd die. Maybe they'll have you play as an older Arvo Jr. Though with the branching endings it'd be easier to start with a new protagonist as much as people would like to continue Clem's story. That being said it's doable to have Clementine's story continued but with the multiple endings it'll take some work and I wonder how much consideration would be given to the endings. Unless they really want to have multiple settings which would take a lot of work to put in though would be fun to see I doubt that would happen. So if Clementine's story does continue it will probably be with a time skip and without Kenny or Jane or if they do put them in they probably won't last long.
To be honest as much as it would be nice to see more of Clementine and many may disagree and I understand they want her story to continue I wouldn't mind a new character. I'm sure they could pull of a good story with a fresh face as it were. But either way it'll be interesting to see where the next season goes.
I honestly don't really see Clementine being a character in S3. It would just be too difficult to tie all the vastly different ending options into one cohesive narrative for another season without it feeling forced. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see it as I grew to absolutely love Clem over the past 2 seasons, one of my all-time favorite protagonists in anything. Watching how it all affected her over time was very powerful, and I started to feel myself playing into it. As much as I would love to see her continue her growth, it'd be a logistical nightmare for TT. Granted, knowing them even they don't know what's going on next season yet haha.
We're gonna go with the good ol' Jurassic park rules where we play as 5 different characters, We'll be playing as all the 400 days characters at the same time hahahaha......(No please don't do this)

I'm okay with an all-new original character. That gives us another story to start with from the beginning, and throughout the season, go through the years as his relationships strengthens or breaks. We'll see a new take on the beginning of the apocalypse, and perhaps meet old faces from a perspective of a stranger. It would also give us the perfect opportunity to push another year or two in the finale, after Season 2.
They should make a DLC with 5 stories of new characters, one group stays at a crossroads which Clementine will encounter in Season 3 no matter what, while the other 4 will bump into her determinantly, one group goes South to Howe's, another goes North to Wellington, one goes East to warm lands and the last group goes West to cold lands.
Im going with Christa. Have us replay some of the time with Clem in their 16 months together period, then skip to present day where she finally finds her. Lets hope that in that imaginary playthrough we won't have to do a "Giving birth" QTE.
Christa is still a neutral person sortof, and having a grown up female protagonist would be nice since we had a guy and a child
im putting my money on that a dlc will appear that will tie the endings together more, that or episode 1 will make either endings come to the same location again and we will be Clementine once more.
It makes no sense to leave so many characters open at the end AND introduce a whole new family or community to Clem and to drop her like that.
I hope S3 will be with Clementine. I know they originally wanted to make S1 about Clem and her older brother, so maybe they will make S3 about Clem being the older sibling and taking care of AJ.
If they do decide to do S3 with Clem they will most likely either have a short sequence at the beginning where whatever location you chose gets attacked and you have to run away with AJ to a location where all 5 endings converge, OR they will do a time-skip with different dialogue explaining why you had to leave whatever place you chose.
I vote for Christa starting after she and Clem are seperated.
Clem all the way! The story has revolved around clem and the story will always be about Clem. (I hope)
it's gonna be a new main character. unlike season 1 there are like 3 endings to season 2. so unless they make one canon clem's story is done for now,.
400 days need a fate,i hope see vince,wyatt,rusell,shel and becca in season 3.
