If you leave Kenneth at the car or at Wellington he will kill himself. At least, that is the impression I got after seeing the ending where … moreClem shoots him during the fight.
As for Jane, I feel we might get another "I got real lucky" thing: Jane will "sacrifice" herself to save Clem from the father of the family you invite/don't invite, or just disappear for a few episodes if you left her at the car.
I'll believe it when I see it. Until then.... We wait. I would not bet against Telltale though. They have time to take it slow and to work on their other projects. Plus do we even know for a fact that Clem will be our season 3 protagonist?
Oh My God! [SPOILER!!!] **Jane/Kenny will die in Season 3
You DON'T put something like that in a title! What's the point of the spoiler alert if you're already spoiling it!
Jane/Kenny are main characters that had a big part in season 2, I'm pretty sure they'd stay alive. But who knows? I guess we'll wait for season 3 to see
I think what they are going to do is, not make a Season 2 of Fables. That will free up their time when Borderlands and GoT ends their seasons. So they will focus on the four storylines and bring them together eventually.

I think they will intentionally keep those characters alive, because i do not believe Telltale will do another Omid.
