Maybe, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't happen. With Tales from the Borderlands, Game of Thrones and then probably a second season of Wolf Among Us they'll probably be a bit busy.
Not sure really. They have announced a season 3 before a dlc, I hope they do. And please, please let it be Lilly, that would probably be the best character to pick for a dlc in my opinion.

I don't see it as a priority considering how busy they are but it would be nice to get one around spring time as well as one for Wolf.
