Well I'll start with the best.
"You're talking about kissing... stuff."
I was wondering when I clicked the option what she would say...
"Oh I know what it does...it's gonna suck!"
I found it cute this line tied in with the line in S2E1.

When you find out that Jane lied to you about the baby.
Clementine: "So? You want a cookie? You want a cookie for coming back?"
Jane: "Well, if you got one, sure!"
lol I was almost tempted to pick that one.
"I would've came back for you"

Lol I picked it the first time I saw it!
I couldn't resist

Clem: "I'm not an asshole"
Luke: "What, so you're saying that I am"?
I was laughing all the time when I chose that dialogue.
Despite all that happened Clementine is still a kid inside (just a bit) and because of that there are still some funny moments with her.
