*SPOILERS* Luke, what the hell?

I was so freakin' shocked about what happened to him.
I paused the game and stared at the screen for a few
minutes...

After I was done with the episode, I went on the community
and learned that there was audio file of Luke surviving...
Why did he just died after all? Why didn't they made us
able to actually save him?

I genuinely loved that guy, he was awesome... But why
not use the audio file? Why not make an actual ending
where he gets to live?

  • I think that's because he was too good to live. He would never have let things get to the point they did between Kenny and Jane.

Bonnie and Mike would probably never have left either. I guess Telltale had trouble imagining a way for him to live, and things still breaking apart.

    I agree.

It also probably would have been too easy of a choice for some people. After seeing both Kenny and Jane in that condition, lots of people would see Luke as the safe choice.

Luke mediated a lot of the arguments. He wouldn't have let Kenny or Jane fight like that.

That death was annoyingly stupid. Telltale's biggest mistake, I'd say.

Luke's been around since Episode 1 and they just dump him at a moment's notice. It's bullshit. What was the point of any of the Cabin group?

  • That moment when you realize Luke has never killed another human being...

  • The moment when you realize that Luke can see all of his friends again, and meet Lee.
