Why was Luke sorry?
When the group stopped to rest after the shoot out Luke said that he was sorry to Bonnie. I was sort of confused why he did that until everyone was around the fire & Bonnie made the comment that Luke's charms had worked on her too. It made me think that perhaps the reason Luke was apologizing earlier to Bonnie was because he felt he hurt her by having sex with Jane?
It would explain why Bonnie was extremely pissed at me over Luke's death to the point she outright blamed me twice & told Mike to leave me behind after Arvo shot me. Her personality change & the apology from Luke leads me to believe they were getting it on at some point. Or that Luke was maybe aware that Bonnie had a major crush on him & knew he'd hurt her by not choosing her.
What do you think? I'd like to hear some opinions on this.

It seems to me that he knew Bonnie had a thing for him and he felt guilty about what he did with Jane. He didn't seem surprised at all when she admitted to liking him during the campfire so.
Bingo. Definitely a previous relationship, and what a character trait for Bonnie -- to be so desperate to rely on the men in her life that she's willing to forsake Clem.
If you talk to her while she's smoking a cigarette outside the house, she questions whether there's a better way than just following whoever the Alpha Male is in the various groups she's run with. It's an interesting move for Telltale from a writing perspective, because that kind of a characteristic is something I'd associate with a weak person, and judging by the way this season has played out, with Carver and other adults championing Clem for her strength, it's a wonder Bonnie's survived this long.
