How do you shoot Mike? I've tried choosing every dilogue option given and even letting time run out on the 'give gun or threaten' option but i just can't get to shoot him.

PS3 is either patched or unpatched with the option to kill Mike. Likely unpatched. Very interesting to know though irregardless of if we can make the decision.
