in my opinion i think if you choose Kenny then you may meet christa if you stay with him at the end Because the girl who talked to them said - I dont think so. if you ask that Christa is there. so i think Christa also did not got in to wellington the same that happens to kenny, clementine and the baby. and if you choose Jane then you may meet Lilly because the RV was near Carver's place and Lilly could be around that place.
