Season 1 hands down on all aspects imho ( except maybe plot twists )
Better hubs, Longer episodes, more intriguing characters, better story, never 'felt the writers hand', Lee
I liked season 2 don't get me wrong, it was very good, but not near season 1. Hopefully in S3 they return back to season 1 in terms of episode length, hub variety and no pointless characters ( ie: characters that you save just so they die two seconds later without any impact )

Season 2 was more fun, S1 had too many hubs in my opinion. But both are great. Cant compare them because they're different.
