She cared for herself and clem AND the baby, tha… moret's not caring for only herself, THEREFOR She is not selfish.
She probably did try to care how Kenny felt, but she knew he was dangerous and was a threat to clem, so she proved that to clem to keep her safe. Kenny was already in that dark place, he wasn't coming back, he couldn't get out of it and she knew that.
