Everyone in the group let themselves down!

There's a lot of praise/hate threads on this forum. What about those who you feel let themselves (and each other) down the most?

Apart from Luke and Clementine, everyone in the last episode made some really bad decisions. Morally, I feel like they were the only sane ones left

It's like everyone finally cracked. Kudos to Telltale for pulling it off without making it look really corny or out of character. The camp fire was the final moment of peace they had collectively, and it's so tragic in hindsight

Personally I think Bonnie was the biggest let-down. She should have let that poor guy climb out on his own! Luke would have probably kept everyone in order if he survived!
