Anyone else kinda wish we could learn a little more about them? Like how Arvo met them and how well(If at all) got along? I was honestly expecting/hoping arvo would give some story on his group cause lets be honest we all knew they would die. Hell we barely learnt anything about Arvo's sister aside from she was his sister

My question is why the hell did Buricko have a shotgun? He had an AK the episode before.
We learned that vitaly will kill every one of you, and that buricko is kinda good with a shotgun
We learn that they were the worst shots ever. The guy with the AK was the first to open up on the group standing 20 yards way and didnt even score a kill.
We learned that Vitali ( I think that's how you spell it?) Could speak English the whole time but decided to let dumbass Arvo handle things for the sake of the plot -_-

Btw when Kenny uses Arvo as a hostage, Vitali says "He's in agony you sonofabich! You will only help him! (by killing him)"
If you read the translations, they were 100% convinced that we were the bad guys. They kept yelling at us "Give back our medicine!" and "You fucking scavengers!" during the confrontation.
I think Arvo was trying to hide the supplies in EP4 because he wanted to keep it safe for when he escaped with his sister. Vitali and Buricko seemed a bit crazy, I think Natasha and Arvo wanted to get away from them, and crafted this whole plan to steal supplies and hide it somewhere that they could back to retrieve later.
After we send Arvo on his way in EP4, I think he found someplace else to hide the bag, and used our group as a scapegoat when Vitali/Buricko questioned him about it. Notice that we never find the original bag Arvo was carrying, and the Russians didn't know where it was either, since they assumed we stole it.
Vitali and Buricko were too busy exchanging weapons and locations at the beginning of the fight
The main question is:
Why the fuck are there russians in the middle of the US in a ZA and have AKs with them?

But I think there had to have been a lotta foreigners stuck in America when all the crap started going down. Natasha and Arvo could just have been visiting when everything started, and now they're stuck in the US forever.

I like that Telltale added more to them even though lots of us wouldn't understand the dialogue. I know they had to say things or it'd just be odd but that Telltale made them seem so grey with the dialogue even though many see them as villains due to language barrier is really good tbh

Vitali is a pretty common name, I never heard of anyone named Buricko though, there was a guess somewhere on the forum that he's bolgarian. Here's an interesting discussion on where's he from.

Well, Vitali sounded a bit different,Buricko's sounded the same and Arvo sounded the same.

in my episode clem gave the meds back but jane fucked that one up by being a bitch!

I have a feeling that if Clem and Jane had left Arvo alone, the Russians would never bothered Clem's group.
I do think plans for the Russians changed between Episodes 4 and 5. Arvo implied during Jane's robbery of him that there were "many" Russians who lived "in the woods" - and while he could have been lying, the fact that he did have a sister makes me wonder if he originally wasn't meant to bluff about that. But instead, it turns out that there really were 4 Russians who were living in a crappy half-built cabin that was several days' worth of walking away from the observation deck.
It's never explained why the hell Arvo was alone at the deck in the first place, and Telltale didn't seem interested enough in the question to bother answering.
That's because I strongly think Arvo was stealing supplies from his own group. He got caught by Clem and Jane, went back without the gun and they asked why he had lost it and supplies. To save his own skin, he blamed Clem's group.
Stealing supplies is my best bet.
