Did Mike and Bonnie run off with Arvo?
It wasn't really clear if they actually ran off with Arvo. I would've thought that by shooting Clementine, someone who Mike and Bonnie genuinely cared for, Arvo immediately lost whatever compassion or sympathy that they initially had for him. It wouldn't make much sense for them to form a group with him after he shot Clementine without hesitation. Do you think that Mike and Bonnie ran off with Arvo, and if they did, what are the chances that they kill him for everything that's he done to their friends?

Yes, they did. One or the other will feel bad about you getting hurt depending on if you helped or covered Luke, but both will run away once Kenny appears. Once you wake up, Jane will tell you that they took off on foot and didn't get a chance to steal the truck.
I don't know if they would kill him. They were caught in an ambush by Arvo's friends and lost a group member (Luke) when he lead them across a supposedly safe terrain - but they were still against Kenny hurting him the way he did. They also must trust Arvo more than they did Kenny in order to run away with him, so there's that.
