S2 E5's ending song: What would you have it be?

edited August 2014 in The Walking Dead

So every episode of Season 2 had an ending song with lyrics except for Episode 5, the opposite of TWD Season 1. While this is cool and all, I feel like lyrics kinda sum up a tone and feeling of an episode or season. Generally after every TWD episode that comes out I go on a binge of listening to Jason Webley because he does such a great job at making haunting songs about staying or leaving and ghosts and such. Anyways, I kinda stumbled onto this one here and I think it fits oddly enough with the tone of the finale of Season 2.

When you can't find your heart, but your body keeps moving

lyrics
When you can't tell your life apart from your dreams
Follow the lights into the valley
Gently respond to the pull of a string

The knife will fall
Something will die
Something will die today

Follow the lights into the valley
Your body is heavy, your body is cold
And it grows from a seed, it grows from a seed
You hold in your hand everything that you thought you'd sold

The feathers call
Something will fly
Something will fly today

And it grows from a seed
It grows from a seed
We are only beginning
Just beginning to see

The tears will fall like rain
Someone will cry today
Someone will cry today

Someone will fly
Someone will die
Someone will fly
Someone will die

If you had to pick a song to cap off Season 2 what would it be for you?
(And yes, feel free to post "Awesome God" if it makes you happy.)
