Just a friendly reminder
I'm new here and I just wanted to see what you guys think about my way of viewing things.
It's been like a couple of days, and already I've seen hate/love/death threats thrown around like footballs, mainly because of the betrayal of Mike and Bonnie(with Harry fuckin' Potters help, nonetheless), and the death of either Kennyor Jane.
I have a question though: does anyone remember Carley/Doug, Ben, Alvin, Nick, Sarah, Sarita, Lily etc. ?
All of the above were characters who have either had alternative deaths/dissappearings in their story arcs. So, imho, Kenny/Jane, Mike(unsure), Bonnie, Arvo(unsure) will meet their end in the following Season/DLCs, for better or worse.
TTG has made one thing clear in these past 2 seasons: there are no such thing as "happy endings" and there is no longer a "right thing to do".
It is as Charles (Chuck) said in "Long Road Ahead": "You're not right, or wrong. You're not small, or big. You're not a little boy, or a little girl. You're ALIVE.". Maybe some people forgot this, but imo there shouldn't be a "Kenny vs Jane" debate, but a matter of wether you were strong enough to go on alone, with AJ, or cling to one or the other.
I don't mean to be rude, but you all should keep in mind that both Kenny and Jane are very flawed individuals: Kenny is mentally unstable after the many loses of his post-apocalyptical life and Jane was willing to sacrifice(or at the very least put an infant in danger and get somebody else killed) just to prove a point.
I don't want to come off as a tyrant/hater of sorts, but neither of the two "adults" involved in the fight are worthy of being compared to Lee: that man gave everything he was to save a little girl he didn't knew for that long, even if she ran off to meet some stranger in the night. He died for her. And neither Kenny nor Jane can be compared to him: he would have not endagered Clem by starting a psychological fight, or by murdering a woman and beating a retarded cripple like Arvo... even though he may or may not have deserved it. All I'm sayin' is that both are bad, not to be trusted and flawed(altough they both have good qualities)
Anyways, what's your take on this? Any thoughts on what Season 3 will bring to Clem and the people she may, or may not be with?
