Anyone know how to Model Swap?
Hi there! My friends and I want to model swap the Walking Dead for shits and giggles, and I found two tutorials http://pastebin.com/Vj6tAcK9 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NqLuezHSY0 and I followed them as best as I could, double and triple checking to make sure I was doing everything right.
I got everything done and put the compiled-swapped models and replaced the .ttarch file in the Steam directory, but when I try to open Season 1, it doesn't load. Just to be sure, I only used Season 1 models, since I had Season 2 models before (Rebecca as Lee, for example), and it did the same thing. It says it's launching, and then nothing happens. I tried to quickly replace Clem in season 2 with Ben (cuz I was on his file), and it turned her invisible, but it was just a quick test to see if it would actually open, which it did.
Does anyone know why this is happening? I know Season 1 can be model swapped, I've seen a lot of videos, but is there any reason as to why it won't open for me? (And if anyone knows how to get the facial animations working, that'd help a lot. I can't find any tutorials for that anywhere)
