Okay so I just have one question on this guy what's his problem? he keeps frowning at Clementine and then he just plain shoots her?!

    He didn't see that his sister turned into a zombie. She was facing away from him when Clem shoots her in the head. He suspects Clem murdered her in cold blood.

    These two guys got it.

    Arvo in Episode 4 wouldn't have dared hurt a child. After losing his family, being constantly abused and beaten by a man who fully intends on leaving him for dead, and seeing that child 'kill' his sister, he's become a nastier person.
