she tried to convinced Clem to leave sarah, she caused the russians to attack, and she manipulated kenny.
or is it kenny?
he lashed out of clem for the death of sarita, he beat the shit out of Arvo, and he murdered jane
I think jane is the main antagonist if you have kennys ending. kenny is the main antagonist if you have janes ending. both are the main antagonist if you have the alone ending

    Arvo, Kenny, or Jane all fill that role. It's matter of perspective.
