When do us pre-orderers get our physical copy of season 2

Those of us who pre-ordered are suppose to receive a physical copy of the game for free (other than shipping costs). Does anyone happen to know when this is going to take place? Will we receive an email about it? What will happen

    I cant link or take a screenshot but it says this...

    "Coming to PS4 and XBOne for the first time this October, The Walking Dead Season one and two (it shows cases for last gen). Coming in November, the TWAU (Again for last and current gen)."

    Currently, the new site does not offer that option. For what it's worth, the disc did not have any extra features and just contained the regular game itself on disc.
