How Lee find the room where Clem was?
I was guessing how Lee got the room number that Clem and the Stranger was on the Marsh House. He wasnt entering any other room, and he got exactly the right door.

XYAB... Lee did everything basically. You dont have a choice to open every door in the corridor. The only option that appears is the right door.
