One thing about Arvo I don't get...

His sister (Natasha) is shown dead at the opening scene of "No Going Back." From where everyone was positioned, the only possible ones who could shoot her are Bonnie, Mike, or Luke. But we never see Arvo get mad at any of them, but instead he feels closest to those ones (maybe its just because of how Kenny was treating him, but I dunno for sure). What do you think about this?

    Arvo thought his CPR worked on his sister but Clem then shot her... (He thought his sister didn't turn)
