another "My Theory" feed with added music!!
First of all, I just want to say i loved every bit of this game and cannot wait for season 3.
Below I've made an instrumental song that is highly inspired by the last episode (its also called "No Going Back") I hope you enjoy it.
As for my theory, i was very taken aback by what was going on. What i have learned from the series here, TV and even the comic book is that revelations rely heavily on previous comments or actions to create devastating or thought provoking conclusions regardless of what choice we make. Its with this that shooting Kenny was the obvious choice
Jane did warn clem about Kenny being dangerous
Kenny didn't trust anyone other than clem. He lost everything and was pretty much using clem and AJ as a way of making up for not being there for kayta and duck. (thought that is painfully obvious)
In the end, in terms of story and the season finales of the TV world, the shocker of this season would be Kennys death. But it doesn't there, when jane admits to keeping AJ out of harms way and not telling anyone, clem would certainly not be the character you've built to be a doormat. She's lost a friend, and she's not capable of killing another human being other than a walker (lee in season 1 asked her, or just turned however you played it), but blood is on her hands because of Jane. It is a truly unforgivable act for jane to do and for that you should end up alone. So why choose this? think about it! How did we start season 2? Clem was separated from her party at the start and left to fend for herself just like how season 1 ended. In this scenario we see the story coming full circle, with the revelation that Clem is better off on her own (with the exception of AJ).
But then again, theirs rumours going around that all choices will end up with clem on her own. If thats true then ill see you all on the other side of season 3.
Hope you like the track also!
cheers
