If there will be another DLC... (Idea thread)
Then it's most likely going to include Randy's family. This is really the only option that can include speculation and controversy on both endings as well as follow up into Season 3. Let's go with some presumptions of this. Randy said that they've already been up north and it's assumed they didn't find luck, or more likely that they were even residents of Wellington before an incident convinced him, Patricia, and Gill to leave. If we imply that with the stay at Wellington ending, it'll be enough as a showcase in Season 3 to link up what's going to happen. This can go many ways.
This idea of DLC could provide the evidence that Clementine is obviously going to endure problems at Wellington. Enough to make her leave like Randy's family might have, going with the possibility that they were residents. That can clarify what we're going with in S3's plot.
Turn his family away in Jane's ending and this will mark that Randy will indeed come back due to his very questionable hostility. Going with this, maybe he was turned down in Wellington due to his aggressive behavior at not taking no for an answer, leading him to go back south, or that he was a very unlikable person inside Wellington and was kicked out. Kinda get where I'm going with this? It can go many ways really, but there can be a link between most endings.
Invite them in and you'll see the suspicion not just on that ending, but also the rejection ending that Randy is not a trusted good man. This can be backed up with shoving his arm away from Patricia, and the insight of his firearm behind his back he always put his hand behind. The close-up of his glock drives us into the thought that something bad is going to go down. Or so we think. Also Gill notices Clementine's worried expression when he also looks at Randy's gun as the screen fades away.
To summarize this up, his background of what went on up north and the journey back south can be linked and if we had a story with him, Patricia, and Gill along the way, there can be more thoughts as he does seem worthy enough that Telltale decided to include him and the others in the ending anyways. Any inside thoughts on this?

Honestly we can be real creative with this. I've been thinking, and I think a good idea for DLC would be something irrelevant to Season 2. I say it should still be about Lee. In Episode 3 of Season 1, on the van, Lee can tell Clem about a prior experience that remained an either good or bad memory to Lee. In the DLC, it should be about Lee's memory of those events. Maybe it could even link back to Season 1 in a creative way.
This idea thread is good for getting our thoughts out there, but we should insist on using ideas that would compliment Season 3's path or at least the endings. Lee's story is over, and wasting potential information that progresses more on the current story than on someone who is gone can just feels like a waste of time, sorry to be pessimistic on it. It could link to extra dialogue options in Clementine's story in S3, but other than that, it wouldn't really continue on. 400 days did okay with this just on getting some back story set up with Howe's members, but at least it continued on. Unfortunate how one person could just break a group like that and turn them into something they aren't. Sad, really now that I bring it up.
But back on track. Any relation that wouldn't spoil an intro to S3 or leaning towards that is worthy of great discussion. Thanks for your suggestion anyways, Bread.
But think about 400 days. It hardly linked to season 1 and all it did was link the characters from 400 days to the camp clem and co. were forced to stay at. Your idea is great, and it should definitely be in season 3. Also, think about episode 4 in season 2. the real problem here was that choices inflicted nothing. If you saved Nick in episode 2, he would just die in episode 4, barely having to converse in episode 3. Rebecca dies too, with or without the meds, but i knew her time was up anyways. Sarah whether you saved her or not ends up chomped on. maybe more choices are reasonable, no? But DLC could be about anything. Heck, there might not even be a DLC! But whatever. I dont know for sure if theyre making one.
The 400 days DLC wasn't supposed to link to Season 1 due to the fact that its purpose was to carry information into season 2 and maybe even into season 3. DLC flashbacks and past experiences wouldn't support the plot any further and would be a waste of time in Telltale's eyes. But yeah, I just hope that there will be a DLC just for the hell of the wait. I'm honestly not that excited to get into the GoT or Borderlands games just yet. A second season for The Wolf Among Us would perfectly compliment the wait time for me personally while S3 develops.
Season 2 of the wolf among us is good.
