I looked at your old version of the post. On this forum software, you can't upload images directly from your own computer.
You have to use an online image sharing site to upload your own image from there - or if it's an image you found from somewhere else online and saved, you can just go back to where you found it from and link it from there.
If you are looking for a free image sharing site to use, I personally use imgur. You don't even have to make an account or anything.
