Did anyone else catch the Reservior Dogs easter egg in Episode 3?

We know Carver is voiced by actor Michael Madsen who portrayed Mr. Blonde who slashes someones face and cuts their ear off. The same thing seemed to have happened to Mike if you look at his face and ear?

    Nice find, Im not exactly sure if Mike lost his ear and got that radical scar from Carver or not, but none the less it is still a good observation
