Would this be a good idea for Season 3?

Play as Clem and have to decide whether to be good or evil? The whole season you can either side with Nate or another character and whoever you chose to side with will Clem's caretaker. TWAU captured the good/evil thing almost perfectly, season 2 not so much but I guess Clem can't knock the shit out of people being a little girl and all yet a choice path type deal would be perfect for Clementine's character development and elaborate on the story more.

I want to have the choice. I´d love it.
But I don´t think Clementine needs a caretaker. A friend, sure.
Clementine can take of herself, she doesn't need a caretaker. What she needs a friend, who will actually survive an entire season.
The way I see it, the choice is not how to judge the worth of your fellow man, but how to deal with threats and other situations that, before the fall of civilization, once had systems or social mores in place to make it easier to deal with or even prevent it. In order to stay alive and protect the people he cared about in S1, Lee had to decide the measure of honor necessary to keep when dealing with those who did wrong, or just surviving. Overall, the choices weren't about whether you were evil. It can be reasonably assumed that most people the protagonist met, and the protagonist themselves, were good people, and did not defend any sadism or dishonor in their practices, but the practicality and realism of said practices.
The protagonist of Telltale's The Walking Dead is a good person, and whatever they do can be reasonably justified as means of survival or protection unto themselves or others. There is no desire in Lee to see people die or suffer because he likes it, and neither is this true of Clem. Such a thing is only possible in the mind of the player, not the characters he/she plays as.
Because in a game like this, there should be no truly evil choice for players to choose just for the hell of it. Leave that to the roleplaying games. Clem might be a different person in every playthrough, but her role doesn't change.
