Guys, I think this pretty much confirms Clem is in Season 3
I think Clem is too popular and loved by the fans not to be in Season 3. The majority seems to want Clem in Season 3 and now she has her own action figure? Yeah, I bet all the money in the world she's in Season 3. Not that much people doubted it anyways.

What if instead they killed Clementine and turned her corpse into little action figures so they feel more "real".

They are not nessecerily dead. The could have been separated, they could be dead by choise, they could be walkers. If Clem is confirmed for season 3 then a) AWESOME! b) we don 't know who will be alive or dead. TT may have changed trough time but the turn out of the events is still pretty unclear quite often.
I'm pretty sure fans loved Lee as well and look at what they did to him
Lee was killed for Clem's development.
I'm pretty sure if they would kept Lee as the protagonist fans wouldn't have minded at all. There were other scenes that helped with Clementine's development. Duck and his mother dying, seeing her dead parent ect. If the walking dead has taught us anything its that no one is off limits.
I think Lee was, as much as we love him, just a means to get Clem to grow. The way I see it, this was always Clem´s story. That´s why Lee´s sacrifice was necessary and that´s why I think that despite the saying that nobody is off limits Clem sure has it better than about anyone in this game and that´s why she´s the only confirmed survivor of both seasons.
True that no one would mind, but S1Ep5 would as praised as it is, Lee's death pretty much made the episode.
Clem in s3 = YES, as protagonist = NO.
And Lee's death was planned from the start.
Also, it was put out something like "we will see where Clementine's character has gone, and where she is going for the panel today. But wait..... there is a Clem action figure? ? Where? Must have!
Lee's tragic death is what made the game so famous. The only other way Telltale could have pulled off such a positive reception is having Clem die, I think. That'd be even more upsetting, albeit extremely dark.

Yeah I think its likely. Either way though, I'm playing s3. I think "No Clem No Buy" is just as stupid as "If Daryl Dies we Riot" really.

Holy crap! To be honest, the face doesn't resemble her that much in my opinion, but I'm still going to get it.
It just means they confirmed that our choice won't be canonized into one or the other. Whether or not Kenny/Jane lives on in season 3 is unknown.
If telltale keeps going the road they have been thus far with determinants I'm going to bet they either die off-screen or in the intro.

Yeah, that's my one little issue with it, but other than that the detail's great and I can't imagine it being sold at more than $20 knowing McFarlane's other Walking Dead figurines. Gonna reserve some money for sure.
