So Im thinking was that Negan at the end of Season 5 primer episode? So far it seems like Negan and his crew saw the signs went there and took over.

    The guy in the train car that said "No, it's not." Right? I'm glad I wasn't the only one to think of this! I think it may be him, it would be awesome to have him. I guess we'll see...

    I doubt it. Kirkman stated once that he based Negan off an actor he likes, but he won't reveal who because he's going to offer them the part of Negan. So if Negan appears, it will be an at least kind of well known actor playing him.

    Kirkman said on his twitter that it wasn't Negan, he also said "note the fact tattoo's" whatever that means.

    Maybe he was saying there was a connection between him, and the guy who was in the train car (the one who Rick saved)?

    He was the crazy dude they released from that one container after getting out of the butcher's place. Same tattoos, I think.

    i doubt it in the comic it is established that negan has been dictating the washington area for a long time (i think lol) so i doubt if it is the same in the tv show that he would be at terminus plus there is this

    I don't think it was. My TV must have been dark because I thought the dude was black at first. Regardless, I don't think Negan will be introduced this early on.

    EDIT: I was just reading a post by Spoiled Dead on Facebook. This is what they had to say:

    "For those asking, the man taking the women out of the train car that Gareth and others were in is the same man that Rick and Glenn let out of the train car that was alone.
    They took terminus from Gareth and other so when Gareth and his crew took terminus back, they locked him away in the train car.
    It was not Negan!"
