Lets Bring Telltale Games to the UK!

Hi Guys,

Im sure you have seen that the crew are doing the rounds at various conventions around the USA.

However, they have not been able to make it to the UK as of yet, and have encouraged us to contact the conventions here, and let them know of our interest. I have put together a petition, to generate as many signatures as possible to then pass onto various places in the UK to see if we can get them over here!

Please take the time to sign the petition below, so that we can all get to meet the guys behind these brilliant games.

  • You realise they have no obligation if that petition succeeds?

  • Would probably cost them a lot to establish panels at conventions over here... It's not as if we even have many famous ones.

  • Of course I realise it, but why not show the conventions that the interest is there, and then let make Telltale make their mind up?

  • Just don't think a petition's really worth it. Much more profitable for Telltale to attend conventions in the USA where a broad amount of people are willing to travel and most of the fanbase resides, rather than shit Britain. I doubt they'd even consider it.

Of course I realise it, but why not show the conventions that the interest is there, and then let make Telltale make their mind up?

  • No problem, maybe I am just wishing a bit too much :)
The reason I am doing it is because Dav3 Fennoy tweeted me stating that he'd love to come.

  • Mr. Sheik, there is a reply button that you can click instead of the "Add Comment" button, just so you know. I see you joined in December, congratulations on your first thread.

Mate, English people hate England the most. Even more than Scotland hates us.

In contrast, Americans seem to love the UK. American birds love my accent ;). That was quite a nice holiday

I'm a bit like you, live in east England +(pretty much south, but above the Thames so) , but support Sheffield Wednesday and all that malarky. I am kind of half northern, if Scotland counts as northern haha

  • Haha, well as they voted to stay in the UK I'd say Scotland counts. ^^ Dad was born in Portsmouth and my mum in Yorkshire, so my accent's this weird mix. xD

  • Mum's from Scotland, Dads from Basingstoke. Got little bit of northern in my accent but not really :(. I prefer the north, everything is so much cheaper

  • Yeah, I don't understand all the bloody southern chippies. None of them sell cheap leftovers/scraps and it's far too hard to find one that actually offers gravy. :c

Don't forget Henderson's relish! Must say the chippys are better in the north as well.

And yeah, I watched the first season of that out of pure boredom and it seems to just get worse by the minute. xD

  • Have you ever had the deep fried mars bars they do at chippys? Nastiest shit ever...

Yeah, that show has been around for way too long. I remember everyone being obsessed with it in year 7 and 8.

  • Nah, haven't tried any fried chocolate before. O_O Doesn't sound too great, that's for sure.

I wish there were more TWDG fans here in England, there seems to be barely any. Went to a college with thousands of students and it seemed like most people only ever bothered with the show.

  • I'm not saying i disagree,

How would you write the story Clementine swims across the Atlantic? The story is based in Murica.

I'm sure there are many nations that hate UK. Don't be obtuse. I'm sure India isn't really happy with England, after they raped/pillaged their lands, properties, people for years. The English Crown Jewels were stolen by England. They still haven't given them back.

  • Sounds cool. I wish they could come to Russia :(

  • I'm sure the Scotts do too, unless the movie Brave heart was a lie.

As a Murican, i don't have anything against English people, as long as they don't act like the butt hurt European.

  • Nah, the Scots are our close broskis having voted to stay with us after the referendum. 55% did, anyway. I doubt William Wallace is rolling in his grave considering we're not exactly oppressing them anymore. :P

  • I didn't like that movie, i found it to be tremendously long. The whole movie could of been condensed into 30 minutes.

Yeah, Scotland does hate the English haha, but not enough to split. I have a friend who fakes an Irish accent when he goes to Scotland because in some parts you really don't want to be English.
