Did telltalegames screw up?

EDIT :

Episode 4 and Episode 5 felt... just not in place. Did telltalegames decided to abort the firefight results from episode 4 and re-written it at the last moment before release? Or did they already had the results but they just made mistakes?

Spoilers of Episode 4 and 5 ahead!

Alright so I had my doubts that there would've been a bigger picture behind the Arvo thing,

but now I know for certain that telltalegames are making mistakes. Anyway, there might have been some "wtf" moments in the walking dead season 2 episode 5 just as in episode 4 that I will discuss here.

Feel free to show illustrations of your "wtf" moments from episode 5.

Here are my "wtf's":

1. Right when you're about to save the baby:

(Bonnie and Mike were like: "Hey the baby is right there! Well they won't shoot it right? Oh hey, Clementine is coming over. Let Clementine get the baby, I ain't risking my life for someone's baby.")

Also. Why did the baby flew several feet away again?

2. When you heard Clementine screaming and when she fell down during the firefight, but you noticed that she wasn't shot or physically harmed:

Did Clementine tripped over her own feet just like scarlett johansson?:

3. When the two Russians (Buricko and Vitali) swapped weapons:

Also, Buricko fired some rounds at the ending of Episode 4. apparently he can't aim at shit, so he decides to swap weapons with Vitali:

(translation: "Buricko: It's no working! Swap weapons quick. Vitali: What I do with it?")

(it's irrelevant, but i'm just trying to show my point here, truly an wtf moment right here...)

    First. Mike's creepy eyes lol

    and yeah the weapon switch felt really weird and confusing. Infact the whole fire fight made no scenes in reality either all the russians should have been dead or our group right away. Instead everyone kinda just teliported

    Telltale made a mistake and switched Vitali and Buricko around.
