The show is so good right now
Anyone else feel like this Season started really, really strong?
Both Episodes have been some of my favourites of the entire series so far.
There were so many great scenes:
The Terminus situation gets cleared in a bloodbath. Was actually a really cool scene.
Terminus backstory lit up.
The slaughterhouse that made even me cringe.
The reunion of Rick, Carl and Judith, aswell as Carol and Daryl/Sasha and Tyreese.
Tyreese goes all badass...again.
The great adaption of the tainted meat scene (though the line was missing).
The cruel realization that Bob was bit and will die
I could go on.
So far, in my opinion this Season is the best of the TV series so far, even better than Season 1. I hope the quality won't fall again, like with the second half of Season 4.
And I know this isn't a popular opinion on a forum dedictated to the game, but so far the Season is better than Season 2 of the game imho.
I also know it's probably too early to judge just yet, but so far had me on edge.

I agree, I could see this becoming my new favourite season. I'm glad the groups back on the road and not stuck back at that boring prison.

Yeah this season premiere has been the best since the pilot. And yesterday's episode was a lot like the hows the comics went at a certain point so I am intrigued to see where it goes. I'm also really curious as to where Beth is

and the past two episodes are proof that the show shouldn't stray away from the comics like change minor details like how the hunters story arc begins (terminus) if you need to but don't change it completely like they did with the governor story arc

Having read the comics just after the season 4 finale its interesting to go forward with knowledge of what is to come cough Eugene is lying cough
I really liked episode 2. So much better than episode 1. Idk why everyone was raving so much about it. I mean it was very cool and I loved the brutality, the slaughter scene was epic. But I thought it was just good enough. Now ep 2 was better, development and shit coming into fruition. Damn it suck that Bob is pretty much dead already, cuz that guy is such a great actor
I am so damn excited, I can't wait for next week's episode! I'm both horrified and pleased that they're including the "tainted meat" storyline..but poor poor Bob. It certainly does seem that season 5 is going to surpass season 4, and that's saying something, because season 4 is was one of the best seasons! I am so happy and thankful that Scott Gimple is the showrunner now.:D
Episode was great, can't wait for the next one. I want Judith to say "daddy" to Rick.

Did anyone think of Lee when Rick was saying his "your not safe speech" to Carl. "It only takes 1 second... 1 Second for something to happen" . I immediently thought of Lee being bit...

I'm upset that Bob's probably gonna die next episode but I'm really happy I stuck with the show. Hopefully this strong start of a season lasts throughout the rest of the episodes. Also, I hope Tyreese survives another season. That most likely won't happen since any guy who tries to retain any sense of morals and kindness in the apocalypse (Dale, Hershel) tend to die.
I find it a little strange that Daryl's more worried about Beth than Maggie seems to be? I understand they have a lot of stuff going on right now, but if my sister went missing, I wouldn't just be like "..k." I hope Beth returns!
Also, did anybody else think of Luke and Kenny during a specific part of Talking Dead? Chris was talking about the tension between Abraham and Rick, and how Rick's all about keeping the group together and safe while Abraham is all about "getting to Washington no matter what". I just thought that was funny.
Yeah its aweasome right now I think its gona be the best season yet. Can't wait to see Rick and the other's vs Hunter's.

I kept thinking he was bitten. He most likely is, but I don't think Gareth would eat him without checking for bites, right? Because if they ate him, and it already reached the blood flow in his leg, then he is so fucked.
