The outcome was the same, but relationships with other characters were modified depending on your choices. No such thing in S2, where player's choices did not affect any relationship at all.
That's probably because there wasn't anything to show as Special Stats. Think about the choices regarding:
* Pete - no impact, dies in … moreEp1/2
* Nick - important if he dies in Ep2, no impact if he dies in Ep4
* Sarah - regardless of your choices, she didn't change (I blame the writers) and dies in Ep4 with no impact on the story
* Rebecca - changes her behaviour in a blink of an eye between Eps 1 & 2, so it doesn't matter how you respond to her in Ep1
* Carver - no dialogue/choice impacts his character, and watching/not watching his death does not impact the story (save for one [or two - determinant] lines in the finale)
* Kenny - no matter how you play, he will be more or less polite in Ep2&3, lash out at you in Ep4 and become mad in Ep5
* no major choice regarding Carlos, Walter, Matthew, Bonnie
* no major choice regarding Alvin (blackmailing him/asking politely in Ep1 is never mentioned again)

yeah. when i was digging up the dog grave and it said, Clem go wait with omid and christa. and then he says Just do what i say okay?!
?) Clementine Feels Hurt
my heart broke into a million pieces...
It literally has no effect whatsoever besides changing how Luke gets shot. No one, not even Luke, mentions this choice in any way. The characters acknowledge who shot Rebecca of all things, but they don't acknowledge the person who saved the baby from certain danger?
Well I feel that a choice like that is not meant to have an impact, but to show Clem's morality. A lot of the choices this season were geared towards showing your Clem's morality, such as giving water to the dying man, stealing from Arvo, watching Carver die, helping Sarah. But yeah, it really didn't have much of an impact.
If I had to replace it, it would be, "Did you get Kenny to rejoin the group."
"Protected the baby?" in No Going Back.

No good idea for what to replace it with, though.
I can totally get behind the idea of choices based upon morality, but I believe that there should be some acknowledgement of the situation, even if it's something small, like someone mentioning it in passing. For me, having a character actually mention your decision in gives it all the more impact. All of the decisions you listed, minus the dying man, have the characters respond to the choice in some capacity. Simply having Luke mention Clementine's choice to go for the baby, or Clementine mentioning that Luke got shot trying to save the kid would suffice.

Even Evil Clem didn't manage to make Rebecca hate her.
"It's okay clem. You're family."
Yeah. right.
Luckily I never hurt Clementine in my first playthrough.
I'm happy

Well Luke does say good work for getting AJ, but you're right, a little appreciation for the shit I do would be nice.
