If ********* were still alive?
So, I have concluded that if Luke lived, the story would drastically change. Maybe, he could have ran off with Mike and Bonny and Arvo. Or, he could have been there until the Kenny and Jane fight to help stop it. Or maybe he could have kissed stuff and thangs with Jane again? You never know. This community is creative, so we can come up with some pretty nice predictions.

um no i think originally it was supposed to be luke v kenny (luke x kenny) but that would be so out of his character and luke would never hide tha baby rather just walk away with clem and he wouldn't ever kill it either by accident and telltale didn't want to kill nick jr yet so they kill luke off since either way all options would be out of character and telltale always kills off all characters except for 3 (who we continue with) .

but if it continues it probably would've ended with clem luke kenny and nick jr walking in the sunset while jane reanimates. then the achievement "all the dead lie down- kill jane" would pop. tbh would've been better. But all luke would do is like try to help clem break up with fight or just come at the end
I would have rathered Kenny vs. Luke. Kenny vs. Jane seemed way too forced, and once I got to that part, all I could say was; "You've gotta be fucking kidding me, this is not Pizza vs. Ice cream. No fucking way.";
Luke was basically the glue of the group.

Luke thread goes up, Infinite Dawn replies. Kenny v.s. Luke would've been harder for me. I love them both!

If Luke were alive, the Pizza vs Ice Cream decision would've been so much cooler, and I would've voted for something other than Liver Casserole today T_T

Doesn't have to be a fight, but considering that Bonnie said Luke's "had his fair share of pissing matches" (dafuq), I'll go ahead and say it's possible.
Yeah, he's not the type of person to leave a baby with Kenny. Or Jane.
If Luke were ever to leave, I don't think he'd go without Clem and AJ.

I read somewhere that the original choice before the rewrite was intended to be choosing between saving Luke or Kenny in the snowstorm. I think Luke/Kenny would have been a lot better than Kenny/Jane.
Can we please let Luke go?

I think if Luke had lived, they would have just killed him off some other way such as, dying in the car crash, or when you go to shoot Kenny, Luke gets shot instead. Maybe Bonnie, Mike and Arvo would still leave or just Mike and Arvo. I could also imagine he would have been left unknown in the snowstorm, so the fight would still happen.
