1. 400 Days: Nate fires a gun at Wyatt and Eddie. If you chose to stay in the car Nate catches up with you. He, while armed grabs Wyatt and tries to jerk him out of the car. If the QTE fails he drags you out and shoots Wyatt. Why the hell wouldn't he just shoot through the window?

2. Kenny's Death: In the Ben scenario he is seen being bit a few times and overpowered by multiple walkers. Omid and Christa saw this and apparently never seeing anything the bird's eye view directly down.

3. Carver's Body: If you returned to Howe's Carver's body is seen untouched despite walkers over running the place. Walkers would devour the corpse but I guess not

4. Kenny and Jane do not reanimate if killed

5. Clem and Omid are shot very close to the heart however Omid dies before hitting the ground where as Clem is only asleep for a few hours.

1. Sarah's second death.

3. Eddie dont appear while we can clearly see his face on the main screen.

1. Maybe Nate liked their car. Didn't want to clean it later.
2. Walkers, Ben, Kenny, Lee, narrow place, hight, things were happening fast - it is possible they didn't see.
3. Walkers cared more about fresh meat, maybe they were chasing Tavia and other survivors. it is possible.
4. Sometime it takes time. Sometimes not.
5. Yes, that was bs.

Better bs:

1. Ending. Clem leaves Jane/Kenny with baby. After few days AJ is okay. No, no, nooo.
2. Clem has Wolverine's powers. Bullet wound heals fast.
3. Clem kicks in the doors. It was a problem for a group of zombie, but not for little girl.
4. Arvo says you took his supplies even if you did not.
5. Clem knows about wind turbines. Her father was engineer but it's still hard to believe.

Luke and Bonnie fall into the lake at the exact same time yet Luke dies in a matter of seconds and Bonnie makes it out of the lake completely fine.

Here are some I can recall:
S1

1. Lee's pockets.
2. It was clear that Ben stole supplies from the group. How was it he was able to get the supplies without being detected by Lilly or a group member?
3. Lilly killing Carley; Apparently, getting shot in the face counts as a head-shot.
4. 9 year old Clementine is able to drag a grown man into a store and close the gate without being detected.

S2

1. Clementine's injury; It doesn't take a scientist to conclude that the bite on Clementine's arm was not done by human teeth.
2. Somehow, 11 year old Clementine possesses the knowledge to turn off a wind turbine, but other adults don't.
3. Tavia is unable to see Clementine when she is near the charging station, when Clementine is in plain sight.
4. It takes Luke about 10 seconds to fall in and drown, but it takes about 20 seconds for Bonnie to fall in and resurface.
5. Jane gets stabbed in the leg/Kenny slashed in the stomach and one of them is able to stand and walk as if they were untouched.

1. BS already happened.
2. Clem: Bullet missed all my internal organs. I was veeery lucky.
3. They don't use logic to get in, just strenght.
4. Yeah, maybe he was. Maybe he and his friends were bandits. In this case, our decision - rob him or not - doesn't matter AT ALL.

5. Usually medics are not dumber than kids. Sry, that scene was bs.

6. Kenny, the fisherman, was a father. He'll deliver a baby.

3. Multiple people being shot with seemingly no medical attention without a trouble (Kenny, Clem).
4. Once Sarah screams after Carlos gets killed there was only one other fatality in that horde.

Like you said before, it takes longer for some people. The random walkers don't freeze in place because they are already rotten and still moving, but a fresh body lying motionless for eight hours straight can pretty much freeze.
