What do you want the next villain to be like?

Stranger was flimsy, Carver had potential but flopped and Arvo was pathetic. What do you want the next villain to be like

  • I really liked the Stranger because he was just this creepy guy and he was a mystery. Id prefer no major "bad guy" but if there was I'd want someone who was completely insane. Carver was crazy but he had goals. I want someone with no goals who is just super impulsive and unpredictable.

  • Like Nate?

Yeah but he would need to have some sort of small group. I was thinking someone other than Nate but I could see them bring Nate in with a small group and causing troubles for our heroes.

  • I don't think he would be a direct antagonist more like a psycho ally like in Russell's story but he fits the build of the unpredictable type.

  • i dont know, in some way, all vilains are clichê today. A woman being the antagonist, i dont know.....

A cross between the Governor, Carver, and Negan. Or, like Clemenem said, Nate.

  • I'd rather have a more cunning villain who doesn't get his way through violence, he just manipulates everyone.

  • As I always say, voiced by this guy!

  • I kinda like the idea of the season 3 group to usurp a community based on their preceived weakness or being a decentralized group. I think its easy to write descension from within a group or being abducted or victimized by an outside aggressor. It would be more interesting to me if the group our protagonist is in (whomever he/she ends up to be) joins a community with "weak defenses and leadership" and takes over it.

  • No Kevin Spacey would be cutting out of their budget big time

  • They did get Madsen, and Porter.

  • Zombies.. I mean Walkers.

Yes we've had our villain's, bandit's and even a naughty doggie but I want to see Clem and whomever have to deal with the origional threat of walker's. I mean like in a house or something surrounded by a hoard, constantly having to board up door's and window'
s constantly fighting them off, maybe get chased, someone is bitten, they'll have to deal with that, use their wit's and environment, makeshift weapon's, out of food and ammo, the shelter is over run, more scrambling to escape. Trying to figure out puzzles or gather part's to escape, Action packed, on the edge of our seat's!

  • The only villian they should have is the Enemy of their choices coming back to haunt them, and their conflict slowly killing them and driving them insane...

Might as well. If Clementine can be some sort of super hero her nemesis might as well be this evil little kid who manages to control his adults through fear, and intimidation.

  • So far only Andy and danny have been good villains in my opinion -.-

  • A villain that you'd never suspect. Let's use Luke's personality as a template for example.

Such a nice, sweet, loving person. Survivors guilt has got to him, and he's pretty sad but hides it with a facade. Here's the twist. Not only does that facade masquerade his sadness, it hides his true intentions. His real intentions were to act like that to get what he wanted from other people, and would do anything - and I mean anything, to get it.

A genius villain that ends up showing his/her true intentions towards the end.

Oh, and I'd love a female antagonist.

  • A guy like that in TWD would be awesome.

  • Sorry, but the governor of the comic is better. TV Series is the true TWD cliché.

We already had that with Arvo.

How about a villain like that one dude from the show, like everyone believes in him, and you find out he is a big liar, and got half your group killed at the end, also a perv.

  • Yeah i put a spoiler tag on it, just in case someone hasn't seen the show.

    Are you referring to Eugene?

  • Smart idea.

  • I just got back into the show, and found out about this dude, when i saw EP 1. I knew he was lying, who would honestly believe that story. There is a magical button that sets the world back, all we got to do is push it.

    ok.

    Smart idea.

  • How about a female villain this time? Since we've been always getting dudes that stand in Clementine's and Rick's way. A female villain could be just as complicated/misunderstood as the villains in the past and it would draw many parallels to Clementine's personality and story.

Plus I've noticed that the villains in TWD game and comics are usually short-term and Telltale's way of telling the Stranger's, Carver's, and Arvo's story seemed right.

  • Well, after watching the last episode, I can understand why Abraham believed him. He just lost his family, he was on the verge of committing suicide after losing his purpose to keep on living. Hearing Eugene say he had the cure gave him a new purpose, that's why he didn't bother to question it, he just wanted to believe it because it gave him someting to live for. As for everyone else, they're just stupid to no be suspcious, but it was probably that they all wanted to believe it too.

  • I'm just surprised no one called him a liar. I think half of them knew half heartily that it was a lie, some didn't know. Abraham killed him, i was expecting him to put that bullet in his head but they ended it. Maybe they will do it at the start of the next episode.

In RL if you hit someone like that, more chances than not, they are dead without surgery, he would have at least some internal bleeding.

Abraham didn't kill him, Eugene is still alive, they said so on Talking Dead. And next episode is about Daryl and Carol following the car so that they can find Beth.

  • Your commen disappeared. Frankly, I thought he was dead too, I figured getting hit like that and falling face first into the pavement would kill him, but this is a T.V. show, so I wouldn't make a big deal of it.

  • Well maybe he will die later, because a hit like that could would cause more likely than not bleeding in the brain, and he will eventually die. If he wakes up, it 'll be another Clementine kicking down the door moment.
