Help me! Season 2 episode 2,3 can't play freeze up
So I rented now two season two of the walking dead and both freeze up and won't let me play. I even spent the 14.99 for Eason pass in case that was it but nope it still won't let me play it. My console plays my other games and these two I rented are brand new nothing on them no scratches or dust. I turned off console 10 times hoping it would work but it isn't it freeze and the screen is all black. The load on screen stops and every time nothing comes on. Even wasting now 15 bucks for the season pass I'm really pissed off and just want to play the whole season two. Some one needs to help me get this working my console is new used it only like 30 times and bought it brand new at target. Why is this freezing and not letting me play???

First this should go in the support section, but anyways, what console is it? if it's on PC maybe your PC doesn't meet the mnimun requirements, if it's on Play Station/Xbox , the disc might be scratched, also by buying the season pass you bought the whole game, download it from where you bought it, maybe it doesn't freeze.
Next time go to the support section. However, since you have a season pass, I would suggest going to another place to rent the game. Even if the disc looks clean, it could be messed up.
Sorry I'm new to this board and just pissed it for my xbox 360 and I rented 2 different disc now to see but nope both disc won't let me get to play episode 2 only the first and then screen goes black and won't do nothing at all
