The question is:
In season 2 episode 5 in the car, when Jane and Kenny argued about where shall they go, Jane offers to go back south at Howe's Hardware but Kenny insisted to go north to find Wellington. My point is that in the DLC in Tavias chapter, she mentions that she's a scout for a growing settlement up north . So if I know smth, it's that the DLC takes place somewhere in Georgia, season 2 - somewhere in North Carolina, Wellington is way up north in Ohio. I don't know where exactly Howe's Hardware is, maybe South Carolina or even back at Georgia. So I think Tavia was talking about Wellington not Howe's Hardware in the DLC. Do you see any people in Howe's Hardware, any families, a growing settlement, do you see them going out looking and helping people - no, I don't. And why did Jane go there covered in guts - Carol thing here. She was either trying to sabotage it or help someone escape. Clearly it's sabotage - she manipulates everyone including Clem it was their idea but it was hers...
IF YOU WANT THE QUESTION ONLY:
I don't know where I'm going with these theories but my first question was if Tavia was talking about Howe's (south) or Wellington (north) when she says that the settlement is up north? This question might be very dumb or already discussed but I'm still gonna ask it.

You got that right except that Wellington is in Michigan and Tavia was recruiting them for Howe's the Homestead is a thing where the families were living at.
P.S. She means it was North of Georgia in North or South Carolina.

i think your reading too much into it. howes is prolly north of the campsite that the 400 days chars were staying at
I just replayed the DLC again and it just made me think when she said that the settlement was up north thats all. I don't want make something big of it. I just wanted an answer and I think I got one.
