Christa survive, non-determinant characters alive in the end and a determinant character who can survive in the end ( Not like kenny/Jane, i mean if you save him in episode 2 or 3 he can survive unitil the end
Also I'd suggest not killing the whole group again, make any detrminant characters a one or the other thing so they can still matter to the story. You dont even have to choose one or the other, just your choice leads to just one person being left out of 2
After giving Game of Thrones a six episode season, Telltale will do the same thing with Season 3, that way, the first episode is spent on your specific ending and gets everyone on track.

If you saved Kenny or Jane, they will not be Omided (verb: to kill off 5 minutes into the first episode of the season for shock value) and that they will survive a good part of the season without being Nicked (verb: to be pushed into the background after being made determinant until their eventual death). Should they die, yes, but they should have an impact on the story, make them die in like episode 2 or 3.
Two rival groups who are on the brink of war. Clem sees both communities and meets both leaders, both give different explanations as to why they are fighting, and she has to choose who to trust and whose side to fight on.
Alternative to number 4: Clem is a bit older and is the leader of a new group of survivors, her decisions affect how people view her as a leader and could get someone killed or not.
No more Season 1 or Season 2 unknown characters returning. The only exception is Mike, Arvo, and (determinant) Bonnie and only if we can kill them.
I like those ideas a lot, and I could see them working. I also like the addition of the two verbs 'Omided' and 'Nicked' - very good choices. I also really like #4. This could be the point where your choices will make a dramatic difference as who to trust, and who to fight alongside. Great ideas!
