Impossible Options for Season 3's plot

edited November 2014 in The Walking Dead

Post an idea for Season 3 that you think would be interesting, but in no way would happen.

Id like it if you played as Lee you are trying to find Clementine.

But Lee is no longer with us

Arvo becomes protagonist, and the whole season's about having a conversation how much, Kenny, Jane, and Clem suck. All choices benefit him and can never die. The finale they find Clem, AJ or whoever she was with at the end, they kill them and laugh. End credits.

Arvo being protagonist. I can't believe there are people who honestly think this is a thing that could possibly happen. Telltale would be

Telltale would be digging their own grave if they made him protagonist, 99% of the fandom hates his guts. Surely that was their intention when they had him shoot Clementine. (Didn't work on me because I thought the way they handled Arvo in general was too fucking dumb and contrived for him to be worth my hatred but whatever.)

  • Except if he only shows to make us see us Mike , Arvo and Determinaly Bonnie got torutured by bandits and eaten alive by walkers and then the real game starts :P

10/10 I would buy it. It'd probably be better than the trainwreck S2 was.

  • Clementine meeting up with Rick and company in D.C. Imagine how cool that would be.

clementine being an adult because of the comic timeline

  • I hope not...Then people would be begging for a Clem and Carl relationship.

  • That would suck, yes, but I still think it would be cool. Like Rick and everyone else underestimate her abilities until they see Clementine in action.

  • The comic is only 4 years in , so if you are talking of comic timeline she could only be 13

  • True.

They do that with Carl AND Clem already, Rick probably wouldn't be impressed...

  • Even if they could skip to Clem being an adult I wouldnt want that to happen at all

  • Than how about a small cameo. She doesn't stay in D.C. and only meets up with them for a few minutes and then goes.

I think it would be cool if Kirkman some how mentioned Wellington in the comics. Maybe a character could come in and say he was looking for a place called Wellington or he was from Wellington. So there would be an interesting link between the game and comic without needing to introduce a character from the game

Then people would beg for them to come back and yell at Telltale for wasting good characters. Rick and his group just should never appear or Clem just never go to D.C.

  • That sounds much better than bringing the Comics into the Game.

  • I know they can't but I wouldn't mind if they do. That means AJ would also be older, so where close to Clem's age in Season 1 and, like Lee protected and taught Clementine, Clem has to protect and teach AJ.
