PlayStation Tv and the walking dead

When i load up the game I always get stuck at the loading notification because it wants me to "touch" the screen.
Is there any way to get around this or get a update for the game?

    I'm trying to play on the PlayStation tv. So yes its a vita game, but uses the ps3 controller.
    All of the games that use touch controls normally. Don't work on the PlayStation tv, there is a message that pops up before the game starts up letting you know. But the walking dead is on the list of supported games.
    I bought the PlayStation tv for Persona Golden so its not like i don't have a use for it otherwise. But i was really looking forward to playing the walking dead on my Tv.
