I think I remember this....

I think I remember that, in the trailer for this season before it came out, after the zombie attack at the warehouse Sarita was still alive, sitting down, with her missing arm that was cut off by Clem when Sarita was bitten.
is this still an outcome (Sarita living after cutting off her arm)? or was it taken out in the final release. Because in the playthroughs I've seen she dies immediately after cutting off her arm every time.

    If you cut her arm off then she dies right after in the herd, If you don't Kenny and Mike come and pick her up, she then dies later in Kennys Arms but she doesn't do anything if you don't cut her arm off and Kenny gets pissed at Clem ether way.
