Clementine's Becoming A Female Lee
Thinking about it, Clementine's does a lot of things that Lee also did.
-They both survive car crashes.
-Lee sees a silhouette in the distance after finding a shotgun shell, Clementine sees a silhouette in the distance after finding a shotgun shell.
-They both kill a walker with a hammer, and the struggle before the kill is similar for them both, also it takes 4 hits for both walkers (although Lee's 4th hit is optional).
-They both have the choice to save one of two people in episode one (and one person dies regardless) (Shawn/Duck or Pete/Nick).
-Lee bandages Clementine's finger, while she bandage's Kenny's eye.
-Lee and Clementine both kill walkers with an icepick.
-Lee has to hit his brother multiple times before he finally dies, while Clementine can do this to Nick's zombified corpse.
-Lee and Clementine both have to brace doors by themselves when the other person holding the door leaves.
-Lee and Clementine both have to chop someone's limb off while surrounded by walkers.
-Lee and Clementine both come across stuffed rabbit's covered in blood.
-In episode 2 of Season 1 Lee shuts down a generator where as in episode 2 of Season 2 Clementine shuts down a Turbine Generator.
-Like Lee had to choose from killing Larry or trying to help him in front of Lilly, Clementine can choose between axing Sarita or not in front of Kenny.
-Both Lee and Clementine both have a choice to steal supplies or not.
-Lee has to side with wither Lilly or Kenny in arguments, Clementine has to side between Luke or Kenny.
-Lee can give Duck a high five, Clementine can high five Luke.
-Lee uses a Rifle in episode 3, Clementine can use one in episode 2.
-Lee helps Kenny start a train, Clementine helps Kenny start a truck.
-Lee and Clementine both have to shout at Kenny to snap him out of an angry state.
-Lee teaches Clementine to shoot a gun, Clementine teaches Sarah.
-Lee has to deal with Omid, with an injured leg, Clementine has to deal with Luke, with an injured leg.
-Lee leaves Chuck to deal with walkers and finds him dead later, guts on the floor, Clementine can leave Pete to have the same fate.
-Lee can mercy kill a child walker, like Clementine can mercy kill the dog.
-Clementine and Lee both use telescopes and spot someone coming tow-ards them.
-Both Lee and Clementine use almost identical hatchet's.
-Lee can leave Ben to die, just like Clementine can leave Sarah.
-Lee can cut his own arm off, while Clementine has to stitch up her own arm.
-Clementine and Lee both make their way up a long ladder and almost fall off halfway.
-Lee: 'Christa, windows!' Clementine: 'Mike, get the water!'.
-Lee loses Ben because of an accident in which he falls, Clementine loses Luke because of an accident in which he falls into ice water.
-Lee uses a pipe to help Christa up like Clementine uses a pipe to help Luke up on the bridge.
-Lee passes out in season 1 episode 5 similar to Clementine in episode 1 of Season 2.
-Lee using the bell tower as a distraction is the same as Clementine using the speakers at Howe's to draw the herd.
-Lee makes his way through a horde of walkers before the climax of S1E5 whereas Clementine makes her way through a blizzard of zombies before the climax of S2E5.
-Lee has to wrestle with the stranger whereas Clementine has to stop Kenny and Jane from wrestling. Clementine also can kill both The Stranger and Kenny.
-Clementine can either shoot Lee or let him turn, where as in Season 2 she can either shoot Kenny, let him turn, or have him end up alive.
-Lee covers Clementine in guts and walks through a hoard of walkers, Clementine covers AJ and walks through with him.

You've pointed out a good number of similarities and most of them make pretty good sence but i don't think any of it makes Clem into a female Lee. They are just samples of certain thing's they both had to do.
What I think make Clem sort of like a female Lee is more about her compassion and values. Lee was never quick to just kill someone and felt bad when he had to kill or allow someone to die. Lee taught Clem life lesson's and how to survive.. Taking all that he showed her and remembering Lee for that is part of what made Clem into the young woman she is becoming.
Imagine if it were Carver who met Clem in the beginning. She would be much more of a heartless killer focused on only herself willing to kill and sacrifice anyone else only to keep herself alive without care or compassion for anyone else.
