R.I.P Beth Greene.

edited November 2014 in The Walking Dead

Tonight, we lost a beloved character, Beth Greene.
Beth, like Hershel, brought a strong decency to the show.
Her genuine innocence gave her such appeal, and that endeared her to many fans, including myself.
And to watch her grow as a character, to see the strength she came to acquire, was to truly both a thrill and pleasure to see.
Losing her has been a tremendous blow to the show.

Not just to the show, but to the cast themselves.
Tonight Norman Reedus said that during that whole day of shooting, he genuinely sat down and cried that the show was losing Emily Kinney.
In fact, Emily Kinney herself broke down and started to cry, when being interviewed by the after show "Talking Dead," saying both how much the character and her job on the show meant to her, as well as the fellow cast members.

Emily's character Beth Greene, will indeed be missed. But like Dale, Hershel, and Bob, she will not be forgotten.
